About Islay House

Islay House is a 21 unit apartment building located in the town of Chesley. Islay house has a mixture of one and two bedroom units throughout the three floors. The building boasts elevator service to all the floors.


On the main floor, there is a common room that provides a space for building functions or family gatherings.


Islay House takes its name from the country manner at the heart of the island of Islay one of the southernmost Hebrides islands off the coast of Scotland. It pays homage to the early Scottish settlements found in and around Chesley.


Islay House was constructed in 1997 and doors were opened to the public in October of that year. It was built to meet the needs of an upscale rental building in the town of Chesley. It has been gratifying to see the dedication of many long-term residents.
